TZM Member tells Peter Joseph it's Communism
Communist Zeitard angered by Moving Forward
#TZM and #TVP think they are not communists. Communists beg to differ. http://t.co/eX3LLMJG #Zeitgeist #RBE #RBEM— The Goodest Jim Jesus ๐ค๐ด๐ฐ๐ (@JimJesus) February 14, 2013
Fully automated luxury communism http://t.co/3TpoFvl1gM
— Zeitgeist Movement (@tzmglobal) March 29, 2015
yet capitalism has lifted more people out of poverty an supported a country unseen in the history of the world, but of course you advocate for communism and socialism, which just proves my point America is so great the people who hate it won’t even leave an live under socialism
— shawn gubernath (@Gubernathss) December 6, 2021
Here's my opinion: they've identified some problems that are real and are an okay jolt away from the norm but I don't understand why they can't just say "we want to build a commune."
— Peter Coffin (@petercoffin) June 1, 2018
Seems like a lot of effort to avoid being called communists that doesn't even work.

Surely that's not an actual photo? Great humanitarian message though. Peter Joseph is the last hope for moneyless global Socialism/Communism.

Thank you for your response king. You were a huge influence on me early on and I appreciate your work. Keep doing what you do! Everything I have to say is 100% in good faith as I share a common desired outcome.

@tzmglobal I watched the Zeitgeist trilogy today thought it was just another conspiracy movie...

It's just a film series to rationalize "communism" to the masses ๐พ pic.twitter.com/9Rd0jIg7QM

Peter Joseph admits he does actually debate
The reason debates are mostly pointless is because it’s not about content. It’s about strategic angling and “gotchas”.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 20, 2020
Very rarely does anyone stay on point. Because that’s not how you pull people to your side when it comes to mass psychology.
A sports mentality & little more. https://t.co/vdjpz8Pzvx

Bernie Sanders debunks Technological Unemployment
This is technological elegance.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) December 30, 2019
The tipping point is coming.
The insulting gig economy which is inflating the already largely biased employment numbers isn't going to hold up much longer which is why Sanders needs to understand Yang's position and drop the guaranteed jobs idea. https://t.co/uDJhzKiD4J

ZDAY 2019 review
So #ZDay2019 happened... allegedly. Gave it a week and a half to see if I can find videos from all of the events around the world. The only thing I found was PJ's pre-taped speech. No one took videos at any of the events?! Did they even happen? #ZDay #TZM #TVP #Zeitgeist— The Goodest Jim Jesus ๐ค๐ด๐ฐ๐ (@JimJesus) April 3, 2019

Peter Joseph goes after Jordan Peterson
Hey, anti-capitalists: try this out for size: https://t.co/00w42jahPj— Dr Jordan B Peterson (@jordanbpeterson) October 23, 2017
The fact is that people *choose* to be employees for others. No one is stopping them from creating worker-owned collectives.— First Amendment (@FirstAmendmenHN) October 25, 2017
Yeah he’s really good at forming he coherent arguments https://t.co/8vXRwnYsZI— First Amendment (@FirstAmendmenHN) October 25, 2017
I thought PJ enjoyed good faith dialectic but I was wrong. I did nothing to warrant being blocked while he constantly engaged in ad hominem. pic.twitter.com/pMkCxm7rnU— First Amendment (@FirstAmendmenHN) October 25, 2017
I decided to take a glimpse into the smoking crater that was The Zeitgeist Movment and stumbled on this train wreck of a thread. Gee, can't imagine why TZM failed with this kind of leadership. RIP. https://t.co/0VfWQcgyEx— The Goodest Jim Jesus ๐ค๐ด๐ฐ๐ (@JimJesus) February 23, 2019
People ask me why I think Jordan B. Peterson is not only dumb but profoundly dangerous in his popularity. Here's a reason why.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) March 23, 2019
Anyone that thinks there's no sociological component to socioeconomic inequality, hence realizing its relevance, is beyond lost and socially illiterate. pic.twitter.com/UBhSuNxzFD
You probably should take the whole quote in context instead of trying to paint him as an idiot to push your belief system.— Christiaan Stoudt (@cstoudt) March 23, 2019
No link was provided. The issue will never be solved on a society level and needs to be addressed on a personal psychology and base understanding that we all are equal. It’s overall a mindset problem. Just like the poor mindset of degrading people helps nothing.— Christiaan Stoudt (@cstoudt) March 23, 2019
We create the world we live in. That is what personal responsibility is about. Once that is owned the world reflects it. Society is a reflection of individuals and not if it’s own creation. It starts with one person. That is the point. People choose what game and IF they play.— Christiaan Stoudt (@cstoudt) March 24, 2019
Another positive thing, for me, is that listening to Peterson flesh out his argument confirmed that you mischaracterized his stance. The relevant bit starts roughly around 1:07 and goes on for several minutes.— PDX Yang Gang ๐งข (@PDXYangGang) March 23, 2019
Instead of debating his losing position, PJ ad-hominems with "I block morons". A good indication why people such as this are not fit to ever get near the reigns of power. They disappear their detractors. You pretend to care about people. But the people think like me.— Medium Digital (@mediumdigi) March 23, 2019
That's not hard to work out where JP is coming from, it depends if you want to knock down a straw man or not.— Jeremy (@JelliedSoup) March 24, 2019
He's focused on the individual as the source of the initial change rather than collective policy.
I disagree, he promotes a Kantian like perspective, where taking responsibility for yourself, family, community etc is paramount. Legislating at the state level is the wrong approach. That said I do believe some state initiatives are required, but implementing these is tricky.— Jeremy (@JelliedSoup) March 24, 2019
So you're looking for collectivist approaches without govt/state support?— Jeremy (@JelliedSoup) March 24, 2019
That your ready to throw the lack of understanding accusation without backing anything you say is sadly indicative of the calibre of criticisms directed at Peterson. Stomping your feet proves your petulance, nothing else.— Jeremy (@JelliedSoup) March 24, 2019
So by asking you to demonstrate YOUR view that collective sociological changes are not state driven, you mention that you've written books, lectured, and then ask me to read books on PUBLIC (hint: state) health and that I do homework to validate YOUR point?— Jeremy (@JelliedSoup) March 24, 2019
Never heard of you Peter Joseph.— Voice Of Insane (@insane_voice) April 27, 2019
You are a modern day Jim Jones.
I pity your followers.
Your deconstruction of Petersen is a modern apology for communism.
It has NEVER worked & never will.
I see it sells your books & films. Very capitalist of you...
You set it up I’ll be there

Peter Joseph admits to masturbating on X
Friends, all of this is masturbatory expression.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) March 21, 2019
Social media, in current form, is little more than an outlet of cathartic outrage, with no evidence it does anything positive.
It’s a prison riot anger release where everyone vents their bullshit, thinking they’re doing something.
I have to say. My love-hate relationship with social media is really a hate-hate relationship in the context of activism.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) March 21, 2019
I deeply question that the dynamics of this medium (or any other s.m. platform) has a quantitative effect on social progress.
It might be the opposite.

Peter Joseph doesn't know what jobs are
Nah, player should get whatever owner is sucker enough to pay him. "We" or the state, should have nothing whatsoever to do with it. If you don't like baseball, don't watch, or go. For those who do, their money pays his salary out of the owner's profits. It's a business.— Tom Jones (@1013thom) March 4, 2019
Also paying baseball players less wont magically increase teachers salaries it’ll just make billionaire team owners even richer— beefy baby (@evangrondner) March 4, 2019
I don't really agree, for once. Actors can do 16 hour days during movies, living in trailers, for weeks or months. It's hard work. And entertainment and recreation is important for people's sanity. All income should be controlled - US docs make waay to much too, for example.— Kimmo Jaskari (@kimmojaskari) February 11, 2020
Very perplexed by how people keep misinterpreting what I’m saying— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
I think Peter is saying If you are a musician for example and you call that a job, you're being insincere. As it's entertainment which isn't an essential role in society and shouldn't be classified as a "job".— Maya Wilkinson (@Inspiredarts_uk) February 11, 2020
I could be wrong though.
we on the same page for all this, teachers, doctors, firefighters are integral jobs for sure, my issue was the dismissal of the other professions that very much take hard work, and often contain much less joy than most think— desi mulatto (@TristanSeyek) February 12, 2020
its not subjective, there is a caliber of dedication it takes to be a professional in sports/entertainment industries that most people can't do or couldn't handle. people outside the shit think it's all fun but most of the time, they work longer hours than most— desi mulatto (@TristanSeyek) February 12, 2020
Well yeah we agree on that, but those are both jobs, the compensation is the issue— desi mulatto (@TristanSeyek) February 12, 2020
Entertainment is different from art/creative development.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
Entertainment is distraction. Entertainment is there to amuse the slaves.
you are not listening— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
They are not jobs that require the level of economic compensation that some experience now. Nothing is. Nobody that special has ever lived or done any "job" to merit that kind of economic wealth. Especially entertainers.— Claus Karlsen (@ClausKarlsen) February 11, 2020
I got you dude, you're bang on.— Beaten Monkey (@BeatenMonkey) February 11, 2020
Since when did your IQ drop into the single digits?— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
I’m sorry - Are you actually trying to muster some kind of normal conversation? I suggest not— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
I suggest not, as well. Normal has been historically insufficient. However, I'm open to intelligent dialog.— Logan Hunt, LMT, FRCms (@loganhuntlmt) February 11, 2020
If you have minimum wage in society then you should have maximum wage.— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 12, 2020
And who controls it? The public. You know that thing we call democracy?
Morons like you misunderstand that true democracy is economic democracy & true freedom is freedom to survive without financial coercion.
That has nothing to do with economic democracy. That’s precisely the kind of democracy that’s ruining the world. Buying presidencies. Monopolies. Shutting down legislation to improve the environment....All economic democracy in YOUR context, which is actually totalitarianism— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 12, 2020
In a democracy you’re always going to have winners and losers after election cycles and legislative battles. One side will be happy with the outcome and the other side will cry foul...they’ll never except the outcome and look for every excuse in the book for why they lost.— mr. skinny (@BasqueTurd) February 12, 2020
Most musicians make bugger all . The ones that are rich are the 1 percent of musicians if that— james clark (@jamescl37114501) February 11, 2020
Wrong... I agree with a lot you have to say...— Darin Howard (@PositiveActionU) February 11, 2020
But what gray and dark world do you live in?
I notice the extremely well done music in your videos.
Isn't that work?
It takes a lifetime of skill and craftsmanship to do music, entertainment professionally - in a monetary society.
Hmmm... And a writer is a job?— Pedro Vorph Afonso (@PValknut) February 13, 2020
Peter....My main passion is painting but I also do painting for a living (self employed) because it's the only thing I'm good at.— Maya Wilkinson (@Inspiredarts_uk) February 11, 2020
I don't have bosses watching me and I'm not as alienated from my own labour as a regular employee would be.
So am I insincere too?
The point is no human being, especially one owning a SPORTS TEAM should afford a 30 million dollar mansion— Peter Joseph (@ZeitgeistFilm) February 11, 2020
Gerrit Cole, a baseball pitcher, is going to be paid $35 million. How much do teachers make? Firefighters?— John J. (@JohnJ60080420) February 11, 2020
But moviemakers, athletes, musicians provide a very valuable service: they divert the population.
Short-term though: tax them at a very high rate. Which most people support.
